aromatics: Berries with caramel and toffee flavours, red currants and boysenberry. Mouth: Red currants on the palate with minerality, raspberries and boysenberry, garnatxa minerality, spicy with fresh liquorice.
Soil: Calcified stone, Clay, Sand
Vessels: Stainless steel / partly fermented in used French oak barrels.
Garnacha 23% whole bunch carbonic fermentation. Five day fermentation on skins, pressed and blended. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.
All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
