Vessels: Stainless steel / partly fermented in used French oak barrels.
Moscatell skin contact 10 days and Macabeu and Parellada a few days skin contact too. Parellada and Macabeu fermented in used French oak barrels. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.
All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
