aromatics: lemon, grapefruit, toasty yeastiness, custardy cream. Mouth: Fresh, lemon flavours with spritzy acidity and lingering creaminess.
Soil: Calcified stone, Clay, Sand
Vessels: Stainless steel / partly fermented in used French oak barrels.
Macabeu skin fermented one week, Xarel-lo directly pressed to ferment in used French oak barrels. Parellada skin contact five days and then added to the coupage.
All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
