Natural rosé sparkling wine made from second fermentation in bottle. The bottling is done with 20gr of sugar/L from the fresh must of the last grape. Funky and yeasty fruit forward aromatic with a medium to high acidity.
All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
