Harvest: Manual in 15 Kg boxes
Vinification: Manual harvest, night harvest at the end of August. The grape was collected and transported in boxes of 15 kg to the cellar, where the total destemming proceeded with light crushing. Produced by hand, without additives, clarifications and filtrations. Skin maceration between 15 to 20 days.

Organopletic appreciation: Ruby color, currant aroma, blackberries and jam. The palate is intense, ending smoothly and persistently.
